Senior Solutions Architect (Professional Services)

Location: Germany (Remote)

Base compensation: €109,700–€131,600 per year, plus RSUs.

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical partner for customers during onboarding, implementation, expansion, and critical delivery phases.
• Translate business and technical needs into solution designs covering data visualization, workflows, migrations, and enterprise-scale architectures.
• Lead functional workshops, document requirements, define methodologies, and guide project execution.
• Provide technical training, consulting, roadmap assurance, and hands-on command-line troubleshooting.
• Advocate for standards and best practices across observability deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Professional Services on product and offering improvements.

Requirements

• Must be located in Germany.
• 5+ years of experience working on deployment teams and using project management techniques.
• Direct experience with observability and successful delivery of customer projects, preferably enterprise observability implementations.
• Experience using and deploying observability stacks for visualization, alerting, metrics, logs, and traces.
• Experience with Kubernetes, including kubectl; Helm and Tanka are preferred.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus strong communication skills with customers, partners, and internal teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Cortex, Enterprise Metrics, Loki, Enterprise Logs, Jaeger, or Tempo.
• Self-starter mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Experience with enterprise-scale observability implementations for large customers.
