TL;DR
Solutions Architect (AI): Designing secure, resilient cloud architectures and AI-powered process automation solutions for enterprise and federal customers with an accent on multi-tier systems, compliance, and technical proposals. Focus on leading DevSecOps automation, guiding agile delivery, and translating complex architecture challenges into repeatable enterprise capabilities.
Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work model with 4 days per week on-site.
Base salary range: MXN 1,125,000–1,975,000, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do
- Architect secure, multi-tier solutions across hybrid cloud environments.
- Advise customers on cloud architecture, deployment, enterprise security, and compliance.
- Partner with sales teams to create federal technical proposals, whitepapers, and delivery roadmaps.
- Guide DevSecOps, infrastructure automation, software development practices, and program governance.
- Direct configuration, testing, and deployment of enterprise applications using Scrum and SAFe.
- Present integrated solutions and enterprise architecture designs to senior client engineers and executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience designing and architecting multi-tier enterprise applications.
- 5+ years advising customers on cloud computing platforms.
- Experience architecting secure cloud environments using AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure, including federal environments such as C2S, JWICS, or GovCloud.
- Experience authoring federal technical proposals or whitepapers and leading large-scale IT delivery under agile frameworks.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile certification.
Nice to have
- Experience with the Risk Management Framework.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps tools and frameworks such as Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Cucumber, or JMeter.
- PMP or advanced cloud engineering and architecture certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow.
