Senior Solutions Engineer (GraphQL)

Location: US-based, Texas, USA; remote and hybrid role

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 per month

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery with prospects, connecting business goals, architecture, and measurable outcomes.
• Design and present solution architectures, tailored demos, web front-end prototypes, and technical workshops.
• Scope and run Proof of Outcomes engagements with defined success criteria and hands-on support from Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Own technical wins in late-stage deals, including security, scalability, integration, and migration discussions.
• Guide new customers through content modeling, schema design, localization, frontend choices, and third-party integrations.
• Build reference architectures, reusable assets, customer documentation, and feedback loops with Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, including 3 years in B2B pre-sales for an API-first or developer-focused SaaS product.
• Strong knowledge of GraphQL, modern web architectures, React, Next.js, Svelte, and composable or headless approaches.
• Experience running proofs of concept or pilots with measurable success criteria.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive, technical, and editorial audiences.
• Knowledge of content strategy, content operations, business requirements, and enterprise architecture.
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable working remotely across distributed teams and time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with headless CMS, DXP, composable architecture, or CMS migrations.
• Enterprise sales experience involving complex buying committees, procurement, and security reviews.
• Experience with forward-deployed or delivery engineering teams.
• Familiarity with AI tooling, LLM-driven content workflows, MCP, design systems, or service design.
