Talent Acquisition Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Source and engage exceptional active and passive candidates from major technology hubs worldwide.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents, technical communities, and unconventional sourcing channels.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent and maintain an international talent pipeline.
• Own the candidate journey from the initial discovery call through the final offer close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
• Test recruitment tools and sourcing strategies, and contribute to employer branding content.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, including 2 years in technology recruitment.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment and with global sourcing across the USA, EU, LATAM, and other regions.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools.
• Perfectly fluent English and strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-directed, open to feedback, and comfortable balancing execution, planning, and strategy.
• Comfort hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI recruitment or familiarity with the AI space.
• Exposure to employer branding, compensation benchmarking, or broader talent acquisition initiatives.
