Hiring Experience and Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $131,200–$246,000 annually, depending on US geographic pay tier.

What you will do

• Own and optimize the end-to-end hiring experience for candidates, interviewers, hiring managers, stakeholders, and the recruiting team.
• Lead Recruiting Coordinators and oversee complex interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and on-site candidate experiences.
• Modernize recruiting operations through automation, AI-driven workflows, recruiting technology, and high-fidelity hiring analytics.
• Partner with HR, Finance, onboarding, and immigration to resolve operational issues and improve workflows from headcount planning through offer execution.
• Build interviewer training and hiring-manager enablement programs, manage interviewer capacity, and improve assessment quality.
• Drive employer branding, campus recruiting, and relationships with universities and industry communities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or a similar function.
• 1+ year of direct people-management experience.
• Experience optimizing recruitment workflows and technology stacks, including automation or AI tools.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, interviewer training, hiring-manager enablement, and calibrated assessment processes.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in venture-backed deep-tech or AI startups.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, or deploying AI recruiting tools.
• Experience with employer branding campaigns, campus recruiting, career pages, or technology-focused recruitment marketing.
• Previous experience as a full-cycle Recruiter or Technical Sourcer.
