Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Location: Hybrid work in Warsaw, Poland; office located in Widok Tower in central Warsaw.

What you will do

• Run end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, including Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Software Engineers, and Data Engineers.
• Partner with hiring managers and technical interviewers to define profiles and assessment processes.
• Source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage and optimize the Traffit ATS, recruitment reporting, and AI-powered workflow automation.
• Maintain a clear candidate experience and support onboarding during new joiners’ first weeks and months.
• Support employer branding, talent programs, early-career initiatives, and broader People & Culture projects.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on, end-to-end IT or tech recruitment experience.
• Proven experience hiring Software Engineers, Data Scientists, ML/AI Engineers, or Data Engineers.
• Strong passive-candidate sourcing skills and knowledge of the IT and AI hiring market.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and technical stakeholders, including advising and challenging decisions when needed.
• Practical knowledge of ATS platforms, recruitment reporting tools, and Google Workspace.
• Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken.
