What you will do

• Lead and raise engineering standards for iOS and macOS VPN products ensuring high quality and reliability.
• Improve team efficiency by balancing speed, quality, and developer experience through streamlined processes.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to deliver on the roadmap and address quality concerns.
• Break down complex engineering challenges into manageable solutions and adjust scopes to meet goals.
• Communicate priorities and technical decisions transparently within the team and stakeholders.
• Support team growth via personalized 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and career development plans.

Requirements

• Experience managing mobile teams and delivering mobile products in complex environments.
• Proven ability to improve product quality and implement effective processes in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with release processes and delivering software at scale, preferably in VPN or networking domains.
• Strong technical understanding of mobile engineering challenges and low-level networking concepts.
• Skilled in project management and effective communication.
• Comprehensive knowledge of application lifecycle including code reviews, CI/CD, deployment, and troubleshooting.
