Senior Project Manager (CAR-T)

Location: Sassenheim, Netherlands; onsite site implementation role

Base pay: €82,900–€144,210 per year

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end site deployment of the Transcend program across business units, functions, and workstreams.
• Develop the site strategy and integrated program plan, including gap analyses for procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and plan-to-produce processes.
• Manage milestones, risks, dependencies, resources, budgets, quality, and project reporting.
• Establish and mentor the program team while strengthening leadership and technical capabilities.
• Partner with global and site stakeholders, SAP experts, and other subject matter experts.
• Lead organizational change, stakeholder communications, leadership meetings, and strategic planning sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least eight years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Experience in project management, strategic planning, operational excellence, or technology-enabled transformation.
• Business understanding across manufacturing, warehousing, maintenance, quality, finance, and planning.
• Experience with manufacturing-site digital architecture and systems such as MES, LIMS, and SAP.
• Fluency in English and availability to work at the Sassenheim site are required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree.
• Experience in cell therapy or CAR-T.
• Experience leading complex transformational programs in a matrix organization.
