Senior Risk Specialist

What you will do

• Lead risk management processes across large-scale construction projects.
• Facilitate risk workshops with project stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Maintain risk registers and profiles, evaluating cost and schedule impacts.
• Conduct quantitative risk analysis and develop stress-test scenarios.
• Monitor contingency budgets, prepare monthly risk reports, and escalate risks beyond agreed thresholds.
• Integrate risk management into project, programme, and portfolio governance while supporting project teams.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
• Strong background in risk management on large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Understanding of project cost and schedule impacts, quantitative risk analysis, and contingency management.
• Confidence facilitating stakeholder workshops, challenging assumptions, and communicating risks.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English; flexibility to travel for project and client engagements.
