Business Development Representative (AI EdTech)

Location: New York, NY, United States; onsite 5 days per week

Salary: $75,000 base, up to $115,000 OTE

What you will do

• Drive high-volume outbound cold calling throughout the day.
• Book qualified meetings to support active sales cycles.
• Research accounts and identify relevant stakeholders.
• Run calls autonomously and move quickly in a high-growth environment.
• Iterate on messaging and outreach approaches based on call results.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of full-time work experience; recent graduates with one year of experience are welcome.
• Grit, charisma, and the ability to communicate effectively with experienced professionals.
• Clear growth trajectory and motivation to progress quickly.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City 5 days per week.
