Delivery Specialist (IT/Project Management)

Location: Hybrid, with 2–3 days onsite per week at BGC, Taguig, Philippines

What you will do

• Support the implementation and delivery of assigned airline projects and related services.
• Coordinate project planning, milestones, governance activities, documentation, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Track progress, risks, dependencies, and status updates while facilitating stakeholder alignment.
• Manage day-to-day security system operations, monitoring, backups, user accounts, and data protection across desktop, mobile, and network environments.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits, monitor network activity, apply security patches, and promote security awareness.
• Provide support in a rotating 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in project management, project planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, governance, and execution support.
• Knowledge of the travel business environment, client impact analysis, and hirify.global fundamentals.
• Effective communication and customer service skills with an adaptable, collaborative approach.
• Willingness to work a rotating 24/7 support schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with 2–3 onsite days per week at BGC, Taguig.

Nice to have

• IT Systems, ITIL Foundation, or SAFe certification.
• Experience in the airline, travel, or technology industries.
• Exposure to hirify.global Reservations, Fares & Pricing, or Ticketing products.
