Digital Warehousing Project Manager (WMS)

Location: Manila SIX/NEO Office, Philippines; flexible work schedule with available work-from-home arrangements.

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of digital warehousing projects from concept and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, timelines, resources, budgets, and communication plans.
• Coordinate IT, operations, supply chain, and external vendor teams to deliver warehouse optimization initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and develop contingency plans.
• Communicate project progress and challenges to stakeholders and ensure adherence to IT project management standards.
• Facilitate change management, conduct post-implementation reviews, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing IT projects in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Experience implementing digital warehouse solutions such as WMS, WES, or automation.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a large, complex organization.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a large multinational organization.
• Understanding of P&G warehousing processes and solutions.
