Key Account Associate - Paylater (Fintech)

What you will do

• Prospect, acquire, and develop new merchant and sales partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and high-value clients.
• Plan and execute promotional activities with principals, retailers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage in-store promotional systems, marketing programs, and promotional materials.
• Analyze sales performance and market trends, providing data and feedback in regular meetings.
• Develop merchant penetration strategies and actions to improve consumer financing sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, execution, and analytical skills.
• Ability to plan work against structured timelines and remain focused on deliverables.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, with an entrepreneurial and adaptable approach.
