Stores and Logistic Officer - Land & Integrated Systems

Location: Adelaide, Australia. Flexible arrangements such as a 9-day fortnight may be considered. Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be able to obtain an Australian Defence Security Clearance to NV1 level.

What you will do

• Manage inventory, warehousing, storage, handling, and dispatch activities for Land & Integrated Systems projects.
• Support Project Managers with contracted support projects and coordinate logistics activities across hirify.global and Defence ERP environments.
• Act as the primary interface with Defence for ERP management, forecasting, reporting, and logistics coordination.
• Coordinate freight forwarding, including import and export shipments, and perform data transfers through the Defence Protected Network.
• Operate material-handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet trolleys, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Contribute logistics support to current, emerging, and future defence programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in stores, warehousing, or logistics operations.
• Experience coordinating freight forwarding and import/export shipments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory and logistics management.
• Understanding of quality assurance, WHS, asset management, inventory control, and safe handling of electronic and electrical equipment, including ESD controls.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and related business applications.
• Current High Risk Work Licence for forklift operation and Australian citizenship are required; NV1 clearance must be held or obtainable.
