Senior Lead Planner (Mount Waverley)

What you will do

• Execute integrated materials, production, and inventory planning to support customer demand and factory performance.
• Translate demand signals into material and production plans that balance service, capacity, lead times, and inventory objectives.
• Identify supply continuity and production risks and coordinate with operations, procurement, customer operations, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Manage inventory across raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods against demand, service requirements, and business targets.
• Own SAP planning master data, including material master data, MRP views, lead times, safety stock, lot sizes, reorder points, and scheduling parameters.
• Improve replenishment processes and support inventory reduction initiatives using ABC and Pareto analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, industrial engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Multiple years of experience in materials planning, production planning, supply planning, or integrated factory planning within manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on SAP ERP experience, including SAP MM, SAP PP, planning master data, MRP views, and planning parameter management.
• Experience improving customer delivery, inventory performance, or working capital through planning process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills using ERP data, Advanced Excel, and inventory segmentation methods such as ABC or Pareto analysis.

Nice to have

• APICS, CPIM, CSCP, or an equivalent supply chain qualification.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integrated Business Planning, or SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization.
• Experience with planning master data governance, replenishment simplification, or inventory optimization in a complex manufacturing or supply chain environment.
