Global Strategic Sourcing Manager, Electrical (Gaming Technology)

What you will do

• Lead sourcing and supplier capability improvement for control modules, LED displays, wiring harnesses, power supplies, and PCBs.
• Drive cost reduction, value engineering, standard cost roll initiatives, and material procurement strategies.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and establish expectations for quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate new product introduction processes, trade-off evaluations, feature assessments, and supply chain examinations.
• Improve supply chain resilience, business continuity, and corporate social responsibility standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Procurement, and Finance while leading and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, engineering, manufacturing, operations, business, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, or supplier management.
• 3+ years managing contract manufacturers or strategic direct material suppliers.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional teams and major projects with compressed timelines.
• Experience with strategic sourcing of electronic or electromechanical components, manufacturing operations, cost control, and supply chain dynamics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, project management, and supplier development skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA in supply chain management or equivalent professional experience.
• CPSM, APICS, or PMP certification.
