National Warehouse Manager

Location: Primarily based in Melbourne, Australia, with travel to warehouse sites in Perth and Brisbane as required

What you will do

• Direct day-to-day operations across three warehouses and manage a team of 12.
• Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, demand planning, materials transfers, receiving, dispatch, and stock accuracy.
• Establish work schedules, assign responsibilities, and oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Implement warehouse procedures, operational metrics, cost controls, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain site-specific WHS systems, safety audits, hazmat records, and alignment with Global EHS standards.
• Oversee warehouse equipment, forklift maintenance, vehicle compliance, vendor issues, invoices, and practical assembly support when required.

Requirements

• Extensive warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Computer literacy and experience with inventory planning and ERP systems.
• Material planning experience is advantageous.
• Strong organization, process orientation, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
• Full Australian working rights are required.
• Willingness to travel domestically to the Perth and Brisbane sites as required.
