What you will do

• Manage end-to-end RFI, RFQ, and RFP sourcing activities from planning through evaluation, recommendation, and contract award.
• Partner with stakeholders to define procurement requirements, specifications, evaluation criteria, and commercial assumptions.
• Prepare tender packs, pricing schedules, response templates, evaluation matrices, and approval documentation.
• Evaluate supplier proposals, benchmark pricing, support negotiations, and identify savings and operational efficiency opportunities.
• Manage supplier onboarding, due diligence, contract administration, renewals, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
• Support purchase-to-pay activities, procurement governance, record keeping, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial analysis, contract administration, or a related field.
• Practical experience with end-to-end sourcing, including RFQ or RFP documentation, supplier communication, evaluations, and recommendations.
• Understanding of category management fundamentals and the ability to interpret spend, pricing, volume, and supplier data.
• Working knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, receipting, and invoice resolution.
• Strong commercial judgement, stakeholder and supplier engagement skills, attention to detail, and written communication.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and commercial presentations.

Nice to have

• Relevant tertiary qualification or progress toward CIPS, CIPSA, or an equivalent procurement qualification.
• Experience in fleet, transport, travel, automotive services, or another operationally intensive environment.
• Experience with e-sourcing, contract management, ERP, supplier onboarding, procurement reporting, supplier performance management, or benefits tracking.
