AIX Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; travel required 20% of the time; relocation is not available.

What you will do

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer-site digital tools.
• Identify improvements for digital tools across sites and collaborate with technology groups and system owners.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and apply structured problem-solving methods.
• Refine digital application packages and provide feedback on product, process, and service improvements.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and customers, helping drive change.
• Mentor others on troubleshooting signals, systems, and BKM modeling techniques.

Requirements

• Deep or broad expertise in a specialized technical discipline.
• Knowledge of hirify.global digital products and applications.
• Understanding of semiconductor equipment and fab operations.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend improvements to products, processes, or services.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate solutions.
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
