What you will do

• Lead, manage, and train wafer fabrication operators and technicians to meet daily production targets.
• Optimize work-in-progress management, throughput, production linearity, and manpower deployment.
• Plan training to improve shift flexibility and engage specialists to review performance and identify improvements.
• Present daily production metrics and priorities in module meetings for the Engineering team.
• Handle line-related and preventive maintenance issues, assess equipment constraints, and implement temporary solutions with Engineering.
• Identify human-error risks and corrective or preventive actions while maintaining safety, housekeeping, documentation, and data-integrity standards.

Requirements

• Experience or capability in semiconductor manufacturing operations and wafer fabrication environments.
• Ability to lead and develop operators and technicians.
• Ability to manage production metrics, work-in-progress, manpower allocation, and training plans.
• Ability to identify equipment capacity constraints and coordinate issue resolution with Engineering.
