Developer Relations Engineer (Solana)

Location: Remote; willingness to travel for hackathons and conferences is required.

hirify.global provides a developer platform for building crypto-powered software on the Solana blockchain, including LaserStream, RPC, webhooks, and APIs.

What you will do

• Write code tutorials, technical deep dives, videos, and other educational content about building with Solana data.
• Build demo applications, starter repositories, and SDK examples for LaserStream, RPC, webhooks, and APIs.
• Support Solana developers across Discord, Telegram, X, and GitHub by answering questions and resolving blockers.
• Attend hackathons and conferences, run workshops, judge projects, and help builders in person.
• Bring developer feedback to engineering and product, communicate shipped fixes, and work with ecosystem partners.
• Track content reach, demo adoption, developer activation, community growth, customer outreach, and Agave upgrade communications.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience at a technology-first company, ideally in developer tooling or infrastructure.
• Hands-on engineering experience and the ability to write code and communicate effectively with developers.
• Strong technical writing and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
• Experience producing tutorials, demo applications, SDKs, videos, or other technical content, supported by a portfolio.
• Active participation in developer communities and willingness to travel for industry events.
• Strong self-direction, agency, ownership, and community orientation.

Nice to have

• Experience building on Solana or strong knowledge of accounts, transactions, RPC, and large-scale on-chain data.
• Developer advocacy or technical content experience at an infrastructure or developer tools company.
• An established audience in the Solana or broader crypto developer community.
• Experience with real-time data systems, streaming, WebSockets at scale, or gRPC.
• Open-source contributions to Solana tooling.
