IT Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in Israel; listed location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Tel Aviv District

hirify.global is a technology company seeking to strengthen its internal IT operations and support a growing organization.

What you will do

• Own identity platform administration, including SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, groups, policies, and application integrations.
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack, SaaS applications, licenses, vendors, renewals, and IT assets.
• Manage macOS and Windows endpoints through MDM, including enrollment, configuration, patching, software deployment, and compliance.
• Own employee onboarding and offboarding, access provisioning, equipment delivery, helpdesk operations, and day-to-day IT support.
• Manage wired, wireless, and virtual networks, as well as audiovisual and video conferencing systems.
• Build AI-enabled automations and integrations using APIs, scripts, or workflow platforms while partnering with the CISO on security, compliance, and incident response.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or a similar role.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience, including managing 1–2 direct reports.
• Hands-on administration experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, and Slack.
• Strong macOS administration skills and working knowledge of Windows environments.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, AI automation, APIs, scripting, or low-code workflow platforms.
• Understanding of identity and access management, SaaS administration, endpoint security, and IT service management, with strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.

• Experience supporting a growing technology company.
• Experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
