Senior IT Engineer (Crypto Gaming)

Location: Remote from Tallinn, Estonia

What you will do

• Own the full employee IT lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, role changes, access provisioning, and account deactivation.
• Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, hardware security keys, and YubiKey enforcement.
• Deploy and maintain MDM for macOS and Windows, including application deployment, updates, compliance policies, troubleshooting, and recovery.
• Provide remote IT support, maintain documentation, and support basic office networking and connectivity.
• Manage SaaS inventory, access reviews, licenses, renewals, sharing controls, permissions, and data recovery procedures.
• Automate recurring IT administration tasks using Python, scripts, APIs, and integrations while working with DevOps and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate IT, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience supporting both macOS and Windows in a distributed or remote-first environment.
• Experience deploying and operating MDM solutions, configuring policies, managing staged rollouts, and recovering from failed policies.
• Strong Google Workspace administration experience plus knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, identity and access management, and security keys.
• Knowledge of endpoint protection, EDR, device hardening, networking fundamentals, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Basic Python scripting and API experience, strong documentation skills, and good command of English.
