Senior IT Manager

Location: London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid working with attendance at the Soho office 4 days per week.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three IT engineers across global offices.
• Own IT support operations, SLAs, ticket quality, user satisfaction, and coverage arrangements.
• Manage device lifecycles, MDM, identity and access, joiner/mover/leaver processes, and SaaS administration.
• Maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, AV, meeting rooms, endpoint protection, MFA, patching, and backups.
• Lead ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance, audits, incident response, business continuity, and security awareness training.
• Set the IT roadmap, manage budgets and suppliers, and advise leadership on technology and AI tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years of IT experience, including at least 2 years leading or managing a small team.
• Hands-on administration experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365, including identity platforms such as Entra ID.
• Experience managing macOS and Windows fleets with MDM tools such as Jamf or Hexnode.
• Working knowledge of networking, Wi-Fi, firewalls, and cloud backups.
• Practical experience with ISO 27001, GDPR, budgets, suppliers, and contracts.
• Comfortable attending the Soho office 4 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in an agency, creative, or professional services business.
• Experience supporting teams across multiple countries or offices.
• Scripting or automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or relevant vendor administration certifications.
• Experience rolling out and governing AI tools in the workplace.
