Senior Google Cloud & Gemini Enterprise Administrator (AI)

Location: Remote, US; 100% remote work is offered, with the ability to work on-site up to 5 days per week when required for projects or operational needs.

What you will do

• Administer Google Cloud projects, IAM roles, service access, Google Workspace settings, users, groups, permissions, and security controls.
• Manage Gemini Enterprise licensing, user access, administrator roles, configuration, custom agents, and enterprise AI workflows.
• Configure identity and authentication integrations, data connectors, enterprise data sources, and integrations with Google Drive, Jira, Slack, Salesforce, and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Implement least-privilege access, role-based permissions, data-access controls, and protections for prompts, sensitive data, and enterprise content.
• Monitor usage, access activity, logs, and administrative events; troubleshoot complex access, licensing, identity, connectivity, and configuration issues.
• Partner with IT, Information Security, Data Privacy, Compliance, and business teams while improving documentation, automation, security, usability, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise cloud, SaaS, identity, or IT systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, Google Workspace, Google Cloud IAM, projects, roles, permissions, and organizational access controls.
• Experience administering enterprise AI platforms, Gemini Enterprise, Gemini for Google Workspace, or similar AI-enabled technologies.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, authentication, authorization, least-privilege principles, enterprise data security, and governance.
• Experience with SaaS licensing, user provisioning, enterprise application access, troubleshooting, APIs, scripting, or automation using Python, PowerShell, Google Apps Script, or similar technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; ability to work on-site when required.
