IT Operations Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Administer JumpCloud, SSO, IAM, access governance, and employee account lifecycles.
• Manage Atlassian, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, and other internal platforms.
• Configure Jira Service Management projects, workflows, request types, and automations.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints, including policies, software deployment, and remote administration.
• Provide high-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Own IT asset procurement, inventory, logistics, security initiatives, compliance support, and automation of recurring processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Expertise administering and troubleshooting Windows and macOS.
• Practical IAM experience with JumpCloud or a similar identity provider, including SSO, SCIM, and policy enforcement.
• Hands-on experience with MDM or UEM tools such as JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf.
• Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and familiarity with ITSM platforms, preferably Jira Service Management.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience for automating IT administration tasks.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, DORA, or SOC 2.
• Experience with SaaS governance tools such as Torii.
• Experience in a high-growth, modern infrastructure environment.
