Account Executive (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Zhengzhou, China; field-based role

What you will do

• Maintain relationships with key hospitals and accounts, collect customer needs and market insights, and support hospital projects.
• Conduct compliant scientific promotion activities and support hospital access, reimbursement, and pharmacy affairs.
• Support hospital and retail access projects, facilitate access processes, and maintain project documentation.
• Collect reimbursement and market information and support patient access programs.
• Coordinate regional projects with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, Business, and other relevant functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; a healthcare or life science background is preferred. Exceptional candidates with a college diploma may be considered subject to approval.
• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in Market Access, business support, or related functions; Key Account Management experience is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in compliant scientific promotion, strong compliance awareness, and the ability to conduct in-depth scientific discussions.
• Familiarity with hospital customer management processes, communication, coordination, execution, and teamwork.
