Area Sales Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote within China; travel within the assigned territory is required

What you will do

• Develop and execute quarterly territory business plans.
• Identify and qualify new hospital and health system customers.
• Increase product penetration among existing customers.
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, evaluations, and clinical support.
• Develop, monitor, and report on account sales strategies to achieve quarterly objectives.

Requirements

• Three or more years of documented success in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably involving operating room products.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to multiple types of decision makers.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to develop and monitor quarterly territory business plans.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
