Implementation and Training Consultant (TruckMate)

Location: Remote in Canada or the US; travel requirement: 60–80%.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software implementations by defining customer requirements, analyzing workflows, and configuring module setups.
• Assess business processes and deliver comprehensive training to external enterprise clients.
• Guide data conversion activities and go-live cutover strategies.
• Resolve technical implementation issues and support operational timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers and customer stakeholders, providing daily recaps and maintaining clear delivery coordination.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience implementing or supporting enterprise application software with external clients.
• Ability to analyze business workflows and translate client operational needs into effective software configurations.
• Proven leadership in cross-functional prioritization, project ownership, and consensus building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to manage stakeholder relationships across all levels.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with TruckMate or enterprise transportation management software.
• Operational or administrative experience in transportation and logistics.
• Background in project management methodologies and database troubleshooting for financial or operational workflows.
