Senior Implementation Consultant (TPRM)

Location: Remote, but must be based in Ireland or the United Kingdom. The role includes a mixture of remote and onsite customer implementation workshops.

Salary: €65,000–€85,000 per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Configure risk and compliance software applications for customers using an enablement and teaching approach.
• Lead, manage, and coordinate multiple customer implementation projects simultaneously.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into platform capabilities and configurations.
• Deliver product and technical expertise, training, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer status meetings.
• Consult on system configuration using product and industry best practices, including remote and onsite workshops.
• Contribute to implementation standards, best practices, methodologies, and internal processes.

Requirements

• Based in Ireland or the United Kingdom.
• 5+ years of professional experience in client-facing roles, preferably in software implementation or information technology.
• BS/BA degree in a computer-related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Experience with software configuration, large volumes of data, spreadsheets, data manipulation, formulas, and CSV support.
• Knowledge of fundamental database concepts and relational data.
• Strong written and verbal communication, project management, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or MS degree.
• Experience with Salesforce administration.
