IT Consultant (Workforce Management)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; hybrid work with remote options within the EU. Regular assignments with clients are conducted both on-site and remotely.

What you will do

• Implement, technically integrate, and configure time management software for customer projects.
• Plan projects, analyze requirements, and deliver solutions for complex customer environments.
• Consult customers on technical issues and application problems.
• Plan project schedules independently and coordinate work within a collaborative team.
• Conduct software training sessions and workshops.
• Support sales activities through pre-sales consulting.

Requirements

• Completed degree, ideally in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics, or another technical or scientific field.
• Professional experience in a software environment, plus programming experience and/or solid project management knowledge.
• Experience and enthusiasm for direct customer contact, ideally in a consulting role.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for customer assignments.
• Fluent German and very good English and French skills required.
