Treasury Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage daily cash operations, firm-wide capital deployment, liquidity, collateral, and funding activities.
• Monitor capital allocation across clearing firms, brokers, and banking partners, including financing costs, balances, and credit facilities.
• Evaluate yield and interest-rate risks and execute yield-enhancement strategies.
• Manage margin workflows and multi-currency FX hedging across brokers and counterparties.
• Assess bank and broker counterparty exposure, set limits, and monitor risk metrics.
• Partner with software engineering and Finance teams to improve forecasting, reporting, automation, and globally scalable treasury infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Prior experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, Prime Brokerage, or Financial Engineering within a bank, hedge fund, asset manager, or trading firm.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
• Familiarity with Excel and basic programming skills in any language.
• This role is not currently eligible for visa sponsorship.
