DPM Portfolio Implementation Specialist (Manager/AVP) (Portfolio Management/Aladdin/AI): Implementing and improving discretionary portfolio management processes across liquidity, cash management, FX hedging, trading, platforms, and operational controls with an accent on Aladdin platform management, automation, data governance, and investment technology. Focus on translating investment requirements into scalable solutions, strengthening pre-trade monitoring and governance, and driving digital transformation across the portfolio management ecosystem.

What you will do

Oversee portfolio liquidity, cash management, FX hedging, and trade implementation activities.
Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Dealing Desk, Technology, and external vendors.
Act as the primary liaison with BlackRock on Aladdin platform enhancements, issue resolution, and system improvements.
Enhance dashboards, analytics, reporting, investment workflows, data quality, and pre-trade monitoring controls.
Drive AI, digitalisation, automation, data governance, and technology transformation initiatives across portfolio management.
Maintain governance, controls, documentation, operating procedures, and change management practices.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in private banking, asset management, or a fund house.
Vital experience with the Aladdin Enterprise and Wealth systems.
Familiarity with portfolio management and key asset classes.
Degree in a relevant field.
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
