Project Manager, Verified Repacks

Location: US - Remote; remote or hybrid candidates considered. Candidates living within a one-hour commute of a hirify.global office must be onsite most of the time. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $121,000–$140,000 per year, with possible bonus, commission, or other compensation.

hirify.global provides grading, authentication, vaulting, and sales services for collectible trading cards, autographs, comic books, coins, video games, tickets, and memorabilia.

What you will do

• Own the PSA Verified production pipeline, including series scheduling, delivery tracking, withdrawals, packing notes, and order-preparation documentation.
• Coordinate partner-facing inventory flows, shipping updates, processing statuses, customer issues, and work orders across Vault Operations and internal customer teams.
• Manage packaging and supplies procurement, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Prepare billing documentation, monthly invoice tracking, GMV reporting, and overdue-invoice follow-up for PSA Verified and Vault as a Service.
• Coordinate Creative approvals, marketing deliverables, box designs, and series checklists.
• Triage production, shipping, and inventory issues, maintain audit-clean trackers and reporting, and execute process improvements with technology teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or ecommerce coordination.
• Experience owning recurring operational workflows and managing multiple deadline-driven workstreams.
• Experience with partner-facing operational communication and revenue or GMV reporting.
• Strong Google Sheets and spreadsheet skills, plus familiarity with ticketing, service-desk, procurement, or accounts-payable systems.
• Calm, resourceful problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate across warehouse, finance, creative, and external partners.
• United States work authorization is required.

• Experience with trading cards, collectibles, or the hobby market.
• Experience with recurring procurement cycles, overseas vendors, Coupa, warehouse operations, or fulfillment floors.
