Project Manager CSA/MEP (High Tech, Data Centre, Pharma)

What you will do

• Manage large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
• Monitor day-to-day field activities, information flow, progress, quality, safety, and emerging issues.
• Lead handover planning and ensure project documentation and expectations are completed on time.
• Coordinate snagging activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and partners.
• Lead key meetings, communicate project impacts, and work collaboratively to resolve problems.
• Review proposed variations and delays and improve project processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Project management experience, ideally in a data centre environment.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Project management professional certification or an interest in pursuing one.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and colleagues.
