Lead Cost Manager (Data Centre Projects)

What you will do

• Participate in tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Oversee project spend through valuations, cost reports, and variation communication.
• Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss-and-expense claims.
• Provide accurate cost documentation and timely communication to support project decisions.
• Mentor and lead the cost management team while delivering quality and client value.

Requirements

• Experience as a cost manager or quantity surveyor on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management across varied projects.
• Experience leading cost management or quantity surveying work with clients and project teams.
• Degree or comparable experience in a related construction discipline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
