Software (Embedded) Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead software developers and coordinate the design, development, maintenance, and support of end-user applications.
• Define technical strategies and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools for software applications.
• Manage product delivery roadmaps, sprint planning, and software development lifecycle execution with engineering and product teams.
• Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability while resolving bottlenecks and technical issues.
• Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and costs across multiple projects.
• Coordinate internal teams, outsourced partners, and suppliers while communicating project status and escalating risks.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of job-related experience or 5–7 years of management experience.
• Experience in applications engineering, programming, software engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, DevOps, automation, APIs, full-stack development, and software development lifecycle management.
• Technical knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, Angular, React, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong team management, prioritization, strategic thinking, customer centricity, and resilience skills.

Nice to have

• Programming language certification in Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
