Associate, Project Coordinator (Contract) (Game Operations)

What you will do

• Coordinate collaboration plans between game developers, marketing, and revenue planning teams.
• Manage weekly submissions of 3D models, UI assets, marketing visuals, event logic, and related content.
• Translate creative assets, design documents, and feedback while preserving nuance and accuracy.
• Track project timelines, coordinate revisions, and ensure deliverables are ready for in-game launches.
• Research potential IP partners, including anime, manga, brands, and cartoons, and monitor relevant trends.
• Analyze post-launch performance and prepare reports covering successes, insights, and improvements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in project management, account management, or project coordination.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder coordination and projects from start to finish.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong ability to present data and insights clearly and concisely.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and professional stakeholder communication.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.

Nice to have

• Experience in IP licensing or game operations.
• Experience supporting local market requirements and day-to-day stakeholder operations.
