About the Role

You will lead strategic financial-institution relationships, own partnership strategy, build stakeholder relationships, support technology adoption, influence product roadmaps, manage escalations, and identify partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in partnerships, strategy, business operations, or a similar role
• Experience managing external relationships and executing partner strategies
• Project-management and executive-communication skills
• Understanding of technical and product concepts
• Troubleshooting and reasoning skills
• Cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic relationships with financial-institution partners
• Create and own engagement priorities and strategy
• Cultivate relationships with financial-institution stakeholders
• Support financial institutions on digital transformation
• Advocate for open-finance solutions and influence product roadmaps
• Help shape policy and regulatory priorities
• Serve as an escalation point for business and technical integration issues
• Identify partnership opportunities aligned with strategy and company goals
