Operations Manager - High Lodge

Location: High Lodge, Thetford Forest, Thetford Road, Brandon, United Kingdom. Occasional national travel with overnight stays may be required.

What you will do

• Lead the delivery, management, and development of recreation operations at High Lodge.
• Support recreation management across wider beat areas and contribute to the East District recreation strategy.
• Manage day-to-day operations, facilities, assets, contracts, budgets, and commercial partnerships.
• Lead health and safety and help maintain high-quality visitor facilities, trails, play areas, cycling experiences, events, and heritage features.
• Develop a positive and inclusive one-team culture while supporting commercial growth and an outstanding visitor experience.

Requirements

• Relevant experience and career history in operations or recreation management.
• Ability to demonstrate leadership, communication and influencing, quality service management, effective decision-making, and teamwork.
• Ability to provide conversation in accurate spoken English is required.
• Successful candidates must complete a criminal record check and government baseline personnel security check.
• Willingness to undertake occasional national travel with overnight stays.
