Enterprise Implementation Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, U.S. based; occasional travel of up to 20% may be required.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 annual target pay range, depending on skills, experience, competencies, and location.

What you will do

• Lead small- to large-scale implementations from planning through go-live, serving as project manager and primary customer contact.
• Conduct workflow assessments, plan configurations, lead customer meetings, and oversee go-live support.
• Coordinate contracted solution delivery, cross-team dependencies, specialized deliverables, and customer collateral such as training plans and workflow documentation.
• Guide customers through the development and execution of Coordinated Care Networks and build relationships with community partners, service providers, and health and human services stakeholders.
• Plan, manage, and monitor projects with varying levels of complexity while maintaining accurate project pipeline and resource data.
• Lead standard technical implementations, including SAML SSO.

Requirements

• Proven implementation and project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a business, technology, consulting, public health, or social services environment.
• Experience building strong customer relationships, managing multiple customers and projects, and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, active listening, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to stay organized, adapt to changing circumstances, analyze data, extract insights, and drive action.
• Must be based in the United States and able to pass a background check covering criminal, employment, and education verification.

• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Google Suite.
