Project Coordinator (EHR)

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate the planning, design, and implementation of EHR software projects.
• Create project plans and timetables, track execution and workflows, and prepare project status reports.
• Monitor project implementations, deadlines, funding parameters, and delivery risks.
• Escalate issues and support timely resolution with Engagement Leaders and project teams.
• Act as a liaison between project sponsors, customers, vendors, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Support successful project deployment across complex healthcare environments.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of project management experience, preferably with EHR implementations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, active listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Results-driven approach and ability to navigate complex healthcare needs.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed; 25% travel is preferred.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience as an EHR Project Manager.
• PMP certification.
