Facilities Specialist (Manufacturing)

Industrial manufacturer providing cryogenic pumps, heat exchangers, process systems, turboexpanders, services, and solutions for LNG, liquefied hydrogen, and industrial gas applications.

What you will do

• Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, compressed air, water treatment, and other building systems.
• Repair, calibrate, and replace production support infrastructure, including boilers, chillers, waste treatment systems, forklifts, and cranes.
• Coordinate service contracts, external vendors, contractors, facility repairs, and capital projects.
• Maintain stocked facility consumables and commonly used repair and installation parts.
• Support OSHA, EPA, fire code, safety, audit, sustainability, and emergency response requirements.
• Support manufacturing operations, equipment commissioning, capacity planning, layout changes, and expansion projects while minimizing downtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of experience as a facilities specialist or maintenance technician in a manufacturing or similar environment.
• Hands-on ability to diagnose and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and fluid systems and equipment.
• Experience with electric pallet jacks, forklifts, overhead cranes, and jib cranes.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Ability to work on-site during operational hours, with occasional overtime as required.
