TL;DR
Senior Business Analyst (GenAI/Agile): Translating complex business needs into actionable product and technology solutions across discovery and delivery with an accent on requirements engineering, stakeholder alignment, process mapping, and UAT strategy. Focus on using GenAI tools to draft and review requirements, resolving conflicting priorities, defining integrations and business rules, and mentoring junior analysts.
Location: Remote role open in Argentina, with local offices in Buenos Aires and Mar del Plata

What you will do
- Own requirements, acceptance criteria, traceability, stakeholder alignment, and UAT for an independent workstream.
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops, converting business needs into testable requirements and user stories.
- Map current- and future-state processes, personas, use cases, data mappings, dependencies, and exception scenarios.
- Work within Agile, Scrum, or Kanban delivery cadences and resolve conflicts between business and technical stakeholders.
- Use GenAI tools daily for requirements drafting, discovery summaries, and documentation, while critically reviewing the output.
- Mentor junior analysts on documentation standards and analytical techniques.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of business analysis experience with independent workstream ownership.
- Experience producing user stories, acceptance criteria, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Working knowledge of Agile practices and the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Miro, FigJam, and/or Adobe Workfront.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to communicate with executives, clients, engineers, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Adobe platforms, especially AEM; Salesforce, especially Commerce Cloud; or CMS platforms such as Contentful and Optimizely.
- Agency or advertising experience across multiple clients, industries, and delivery models.
