Senior Business Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze customer needs, business objectives, workflows, processes, and operational challenges.
• Translate business processes into functional and technical requirements, use cases, business rules, process flows, epics, and user stories.
• Facilitate discovery sessions with client stakeholders to uncover requirements, dependencies, constraints, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to design and prototype solutions before implementation.
• Partner with software engineers throughout delivery to clarify requirements, resolve questions, and evaluate trade-offs.
• Assess whether delivered solutions achieve intended business and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or product role within complex software development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with the software development lifecycle and Agile environments such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Experience identifying edge cases, gaps, dependencies, risks, and delivery blockers.
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence for requirements management, documentation, and collaboration.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in large enterprise organizations or complex transformation initiatives.
• Experience mapping and improving end-to-end business processes and customer workflows.
• Experience with UX or product design, solution prototyping, APIs, system integrations, or data flows.
• Experience defining or tracking KPIs, success metrics, or business outcomes.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing technology environments, including process automation or AI-enabled solutions.
