Junior Business Analyst (ServiceNow)

Location: Remote; DC Metro area strongly preferred. U.S. Citizenship required.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather detailed business requirements.
• Work with agency stakeholders to implement solutions that meet customer needs.
• Support the development team by testing completed user stories.
• Create and communicate project documentation.
• Communicate with clients and senior client leadership in a highly client-facing role.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of direct experience supporting management consulting or technology transformation efforts.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required; no exceptions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Federal government consulting experience.
• ServiceNow experience or certifications, including Certified System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC practices.
• HRSD ServiceNow experience.
