Director, Implementation Success (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Build and lead the Perioperative Care Coordination implementation team through strategic resource allocation, forecasting, and people development.
• Lead complex technical and clinical implementations for hospital clients and optimize delivery quality, standardization, and ROI.
• Analyze pre-anesthesia and pre-surgical workflows to identify opportunities that improve operational and financial outcomes.
• Partner with client executives, PAT teams, IT teams, product, engineering, sales, and R&D to define efficient implementation paths.
• Represent hirify.global in executive meetings and steering committees while gathering feedback and supporting successful client references.
• Shape PCC strategy and product vision while mentoring cross-functional teammates across EMR workflows, clinical practices, sales planning, and product roadmapping.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience owning a functional implementation team with strategic accountability.
• Experience with process excellence, product collaboration, ROI enablement, executive management, client references, and team development.
• Ability to design repeatable, scalable implementation models using standardization, automation, and clear implementation tiers.
• Experience balancing configurability and standardization in complex healthcare environments and leading organizational change in clinical or operational settings.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare IT and hospital EMR interfaces, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
