Manager, Learning and Talent Development

Location: Hybrid in Hoffman Estates, Illinois / Chicagoland Area; approximately 10% travel required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year, plus potential annual performance bonus and applicable benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute leadership development and employee learning offerings at global scale.
• Own learning and talent development programs from strategy through implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Consult with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify capability gaps and recommend scalable development solutions.
• Manage external learning vendors, facilitators, assessments, coaching, content providers, and learning technology.
• Establish systems and processes to track adoption, effectiveness, and business impact of learning programs.
• Prepare analyses, insights, and presentations for HR leadership, executive leadership, and board-level discussions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in learning and talent development, talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, or HR business partnering.
• Extensive experience with digital learning content providers and successful learning platform implementations.
• Competence with Workday Learning Administration; Workday Skills Cloud and Talent Pools experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, business consulting, stakeholder management, HR, strategic planning, and project management skills.
• Experience leading organizational and cultural change initiatives in a highly matrixed environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience with instructional design tools and processes.
• Certifications in Clifton Strengths, Korn Ferry Potential, Korn Ferry 360, and/or Hogan assessments.
