Enterprise Tools Business Analyst

Location: Remote from Virginia, United States; US citizenship required. Public Trust Clearance must be obtainable and maintainable.

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather, document, and analyze requirements for enterprise processes, systems, and service delivery.
• Translate stakeholder and user needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog management, testing coordination, reporting, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.
• Work with product owners, technical teams, developers, data engineers, customer experience members, and end users.
• Lead initiatives from concept and requirements through delivery and implementation.
• Help ensure solutions align with program goals, operational needs, and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• US citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain Public Trust Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience as a Lead Business Analyst or functional lead across multiple Agile teams.
• Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, plus strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Professional services or federal consulting experience, preferably supporting DHS.
• Experience leading IT modernization projects or Agile development teams.
• Experience with SharePoint, financial analysis, budget tracking, or the SN Platform.
