AI Finance Specialist

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid work across Bay Area clients

What you will do

• Design and implement AI-enabled financial models and automation workflows.
• Partner with FP&A, Controllership, and Data teams to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting speed.
• Translate business needs into scalable digital finance solutions using Python, Power BI, Alteryx, and generative AI platforms.
• Support process optimization, predictive analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate across functions and client organizations to drive adoption of intelligent finance technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting.
• Experience with automation or AI tools and strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Ability to translate technical insights into measurable business impact.
• Comfort working in hybrid environments across Bay Area clients.
• Experience with Python, SQL, or business intelligence tools.
